I find that the assignments that gave me the most angst, and made me doubt myself the most ended up being some of my favorites. I hate budgeting. I hate numbers, I hate talking about money, but I love this video about co budgeting. Not only does it make me LoL but it actually gets me excited about budgeting. I want to try some of these things with my team! My organization is not even a little bit into sharing information or power or especially information or power combined with money, but I may try to start thinking of ways that I can sneak this in.
