I really loved this assignment, and this is where I realized that I could totally do workshops. I don’t know where I’m going to do them, or how but I know I can do them. I had so much fun building this and trying to find the balance between fun, and conversation and information and interaction and practice. I will be doing a variation on this for my capstone workshop and I hope I get the chance to do something longer like this with my team or another way. I never miss an excuse to bring the vegan egg into something either and I thought it was a good addition to this. The vegan egg was something I thought of during Theory and Practice, before I knew what a decentralized organization was. And in Tim’s class we learned just a little bit about shared leadership and then to be a part of MJs class and dive deep and see that the vegan egg isn’t a pipe dream, and that something like that can exist and does exist was just really exciting. I feel like the vegan egg has come full circle and I’m glad it followed me through the program. There’s nothing like a good egg metaphor to keep you going.
