This was another one that I love! Still when I hear Theory of Change I feel confused, the name does not seem to correspond to what it is. So I wrote it in a way I could understand. I love the visual format of this and it really helps me understand what the cause and effect is. I wasn’t really sure what my ‘Matter of Concern’ was throughout the program, but when I started to think about capstone stuff I went back to this assignment and was like.. this is it. This pretty much sums up my feelings on everything. It can apply to freelancers, staff, anyone. So I think this is something I’ll come back to often.
