Yeah so this is a good one. I haven’t watched this in a long time, and looking back I see just how much that residency week covered and how it prepared us for everything that would come next. I’m amazed by how much more I understand now, but also just how much I understood then, even when I didn’t think I did. I’ve tied themes from this video through everything that followed. It ties to my capstone and the idea that it’s the relationship that is most important. It reminds me of emergent strategy – that small is all and that it is learning from mistakes and iteration that makes all the difference. I am reminded also from this video of that moment when I saw this sign, and what an impact it had on me. I should listen to this once a month so I don’t forget the feelings that I had that week. I’ve stopped dancing, this has reminded me to start up again. It has reminded me to pause and notice the becoming, and to remember that Leadership is becoming, and we are always in the process of becoming.
